Jonathan Davis Arakelian is a film producer and founder of Edge Films, a production company established in 2017. Throughout his career, he has been involved in thirteen feature films, spanning genres such as comedy, horror, documentary, and auteur cinema. In 2020, he produced Modo Avião, the first Brazilian original film by Netflix, which premiered globally on the platform in January of that year. In 2023, he presented Good Savage at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, followed by its commercial release in July 2025 under the distribution of Corazón Films. In 2024, A History of Love and War had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, and is scheduled for theatrical release on October 2, 2025, through Videocine Distribución. Both films were directed by Santiago Mohar Volkow. Also in 2023, he produced The Perfect Club, the second feature film by Ricardo Castro, which premiered at the Austin Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award. Its theatrical release is set for August 27, 2025, distributed by Cinemex Distribución. Currently, Davis is in post-production on three new feature films: La Peluca, directed by Emiliano Rocha Minter; Africa Express, a documentary by Emilio Guerrero Alexander and No Me Sigas by Ximena & Eduardo Lecuona—a horror thriller that marks the first Spanish-language project produced under the Blumhouse label, set to premiere in theaters in October 30, 2025 via Cinépolis Distribución.
