Jennifer Abel (born August 23, 1991) is a Canadian diver. She won a Olympic bronze medalist at the 2012 London Olympics in the 3 m synchro diving event with Émilie Heymans. Abel is the two time defending Commonwealth Games champion in the 1 m springboard having won at both the 2010 Commonwealth Games and 2014 Commonwealth Games. She is also the 2015 Pan Am Games champion in 3m springboard.
